Jim Starwalt, RE/MAX Real Estate Broker.
I am a full time realtor and real estate broker.
I have been selling real estate since 1998 with my wife and real estate partner, Susan.
Today we have a real estate team with buyers agents and office support staff to help our clients reach their real estate goals. Our team works with buyers, sellers, short sales, foreclosures, new construction, investors and more.
The goal of my real estate team is to provide our clients with a high level of service. We are passionate about real estate and conduct our business with integrity.

Jim Starwalt, Team Leader and Listing Agent. Jim has been helping buyers and sellers move since 1998. Jim Starwalt's years of experience and years of results provides our clients with a superior level of real estate knowledge, service and advice.
Kevin Smith, Buyers Agent. Kevin has been helping people move since 2009 and is a full time buyers agent. Kevin believes that active listening is a key to a good working relationship, so you will find Kevin asking more questions before giving an answer or offering a solution.
Andrew Sipes, Buyers Agent. Andrew is a dedicated buyers agent and enjoys meeting new people and helping them navigate the home buying process. Andrew has a passion for wood working and home construction and can answer many of your home construction questions.
Susan Starwalt, Office Manager. Susan oversees the daily office responsibilities and works to provide our clients with a timely response to their real estate questions and needs.
Kathleen Gilbert, Listing Specialist. Kathleen markets the Star Home Team listings on an extensive list of real estate internet sites and works to maintain a fresh status on available properties.
Linda Houghton, Closing Coordinator. Linda coordinates the closing process by monitoring and completing contract requirements and maintains contact with our clients and service providers.
